Kissan kaulapannat, taluttimet ja valjaat

Measure the neck carefully

Use the neck range and strap dimensions on the selected collar, allowing the adjustment specified by its instructions. Check again as kittens grow and after changes in body condition. The tracker case and any attached accessory should also be considered when assessing the whole collar’s fit.

Keep contact details current

Set up the QR identification collar before use and test the scan yourself. Keep the contact information current, and understand what the QR feature does without a tracker. A separate AirTag holder is simply a place for a compatible device, not evidence that one is supplied.

Read pack contents

The PetVent chip collar, a plain lead and a tracker-holder collar contain different components. Check pack quantity and compatibility against what you already own. Do not buy a replacement access tag expecting it to locate a missing cat or to operate an unrelated flap.

Check wear and connections

Inspect buckles, rings, webbing and cases regularly, following the cleaning directions for the chosen item. Remove electronics before cleaning where instructed. For engraved identification, review both readability and fastening suitability rather than focusing only on the personalised plate.
