Does a calming bed cure anxiety in cats?

No. The Comfydonut is a padded resting product, not a treatment. Persistent distress or sudden changes in behaviour need veterinary advice rather than another accessory.

What if my cat ignores a new bed?

Keep the bed optional and allow time to investigate. Try a quiet familiar location without removing the usual resting place. If the shape is not appealing, compare cat beds and lounges rather than forcing your cat to stay in it.

Are the lick mats suitable for cats?

The lick mat and MerryLick Christmas mat include cat use. Offer appropriate food in a small portion, supervise the session and remove the mat if your cat starts chewing it.

How do I size the round cat bed?

Compare your cat’s curled resting position with the space inside the bolster, allowing room to turn naturally. The Comfydonut size guide includes outside diameters, so remember that its raised edge takes up part of the footprint.

Are cat heartbeat toys included here?

The current cat range focuses on a comfort bed and food mats, not a cat-specific heartbeat toy. For other cat activities, see cat toys and enrichment; do not assume an electronic toy intended for dogs is appropriate for your cat.

Choose a resting shape

Some cats lean into a bolster; others sleep stretched out with no edge nearby. The Comfydonut answers the first preference, not every sleeping style. Measure your cat’s resting shape and check the size of the space inside the rim before choosing a colour or outside diameter.

Make small activities count

Offer a modest amount of food on the lick mat, accounting for it within normal meals and any dietary restrictions. Introduce the surface gradually and keep the session supervised. If your cat shows no interest, try another appropriate activity rather than repeatedly adding more food to persuade them.

Place comfort thoughtfully

An accessory in a busy doorway may be less inviting than a familiar blanket in a quiet corner. Keep routes clear and preserve a separate resting choice. Cat beds and lounges provides alternative covered and open options, while this collection stays focused on the comfort bed and licking activities.

Care for familiar favourites

Follow the washing instructions for the bed and the cleaning directions for each mat. The MerryLick mat has its own care guidance; do not assume every food mat is cleaned identically. Inspect edges and fabric regularly and remove damaged items, even if your cat has used them for months.
