Where do I enter the name?

Follow the instructions on the chosen product. The named bowl and feeding mat request a name with their order details, while collars use their own engraving instructions. Check the text before completing checkout.

Can every item use the same amount of text?

No. The engraved collar and named bowl have different text limits. Read each listing and keep the entry within its stated allowance rather than assuming a universal limit.

Does the feeding mat come with bowls?

No. The personalised feeding mat is supplied separately; bowls in the photographs show context. Choose a named bowl separately if you want both items.

Is the paw-print frame engraved to order?

No. The frame kit includes clay for making the paw imprint yourself. Follow the preparation and drying instructions, then add your photographs to complete the keepsake.

Can I change personalised text afterwards?

Do not assume it can be changed after production begins. Check every entry before ordering and consult the product instructions and return policy for made-to-order conditions. Contact Petifo promptly if you notice an error.

Choose the item first

Personalisation cannot correct an unsuitable size or fastening. Compare the leather buckle collar with the semi-choke collar as different collar designs, not simply two engraving options. Choose the appropriate construction and fit before considering the colour or text.

Plan readable details

The Tagley collar and named feeding products have separate character limits and ordering instructions. Do not copy a long name-and-number entry into a field intended only for a short name. Read the final text once more, including digits, before submitting a made-to-order item.

Coordinate without assumptions

A named bowl and named mat are separate purchases. Compare actual dimensions and allow room around the bowl for spills. Names help people identify feeding places, but they do not prevent a dog eating from another animal’s bowl.

Protect the finished item

Follow the care method for the material: the printed bowl is hand-washed, while the paw-print frame should be kept dry once completed. Personalised products may have specific return conditions, so read the applicable policy before placing the order.
