1. How do I add my pet's name?

Write the name in the order note at checkout. Keep it to 9 letters at most, and ideally shorter, because a shorter name comes out in larger lettering on the bowl.

2. Which size should I choose?

S is 14 cm across and suits kittens and puppies, M is 16 cm for adult cats and small dogs, and L is 18 cm for medium-sized dogs. Measurements can vary by 1 to 2 cm because each bowl is made individually.

3. Why stainless steel rather than plastic?

Plastic picks up microscopic scratches from teeth and washing-up brushes, and those scratches collect bacteria. The smooth stainless steel interior does not scratch in the same way, so the feeding spot stays cleaner over time. The outer shell is ABS plastic.

4. Will the bowl slide across the floor?

A non-slip rubber ring under the base keeps the bowl in place while your pet eats, even on smooth tiles or laminate, so there is less clattering and less mess around the bowl.

5. How do I clean it, and can the name be changed later?

Wash the bowl by hand and scrub the outside gently so the print lasts longer. Each bowl is printed to order, so the name cannot be changed afterwards. Do read the spelling through once more before you complete your purchase.
