Orders
An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud.
Prices
All prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free across the EU.
Payment
We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically 3–7 business days depending on your country.
Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. With Petifo you get an extended 30-day return window. See Returns & Cancellation.
Warranty & complaints
If a product is faulty, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it in line with your statutory rights.
