What is reduced now

The sale is never one category. As it stands it spans grooming tools such as the LED nail grinder and the ultrasonic tartar scraper, cat furniture like the cactus cat tree, and household kit such as the self-cleaning litter tray. Because the list changes as stock moves, it is worth comparing against the full category before you commit: grooming and care and litter boxes and accessories will show you what the alternatives are.

Check the size first

Sizing is what turns a good sale buy into a return. Measure the chest behind the front legs before you order a reduced harness such as the no-pull harness or the adjustable harness, and use back length rather than your dog's weight for anything in pet clothing and apparel. Beds work the same way: an orthopaedic bed with a bolster needs room for a dog to lie flat on his side, not just curl up. The measurements are on each product page, and our team will check a size with you before you order.

Seasonal buys out of season

Seasonal stock is at its cheapest when nobody wants it, which is exactly when you should buy it. Cold-weather things like heated gloves for dog owners are worth picking up long before the first frost, and December pieces such as the Christmas tree-shaped cat tree or the Christmas dog toy set sit in Christmas for the rest of the year. The same logic runs the other way for cooling and summer. Buying ahead for a puppy, go a size up rather than a size down.

Reduced stock sells out

A reduced line is a finite number of units and there is no way to reserve one, so if the size or colour you want is showing as available, that is the moment to decide rather than the weekend. If it has already gone, the same kind of product is usually still stocked at its normal price in its own category, whether that is cat trees and scratching posts, collars, leads and harnesses or toys and enrichment. Returns still apply

Buying something reduced does not change your rights. Sale items carry the same 30-day return right as anything else under our return policy, and they ship the same way, with tracked delivery across the EU. So if you are torn between two sizes on a reduced foldable pet stroller or a double cat bed, order the one you think fits rather than talking yourself out of it, and keep the packaging until you have tried it with your pet.
