How do I use a reward?
Choose a discount in your account. Points are deducted straight away. Your personal code can be used once, lasts 90 days and cannot be combined with other discounts. The minimum spend shown applies.
What happens after a return?
Points are adjusted to the value of the products you keep. Points already spent can be deducted from future earnings.
Does it cost anything?
Joining is free. New points currently have no expiry date. Redeemed codes are valid for 90 days.
