Where do you ship?
We ship across the EU, and shipping is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your country. You'll always see the estimated delivery time on the product page.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link. See Track your order.
Payment
Which payment methods can I use?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. With Klarna you can pay later or in instalments.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed through secure, PCI-compliant providers.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to return an item. See Returns & Cancellation.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return arrives, refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
