30 days to change your mind
We want you and your pet to be completely happy. If something isn't right, returning it is easy.
How to return
- Email us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return label and simple instructions.
- Pack the item securely (original packaging where possible) and drop it off.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we process your refund within 7 days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different size, colour or product? Let us know and we'll help you swap it.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Under EU law you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal — and with Petifo you get a full 30 days.
Damaged or faulty items
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo and we'll make it right straight away.
