At Petifo, we want your pet supplies to arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During sales events or holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to all EU member states. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us at petifo.official@gmail.com before placing your order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Standard delivery within the EU typically takes 3–10 business days depending on the destination country. Heavier or oversized items (such as cat trees or bike trailers) may have longer delivery times of up to 15 business days.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at petifo.official@gmail.com.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For deliveries within the EU, all applicable VAT is included in the product price at checkout. No additional customs duties or import fees will apply for EU shipments.

Delivery issues

If your package is lost, damaged during transit, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at petifo.official@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the package cannot be located, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
