How do I choose the right size?

Measure the length from the neck behind the ears, around the head and back again, and the width across the widest part above the ears, then compare with the size table. The weight guide is only an indication, the size of the head decides.

Will my dog still be able to hear me?

Yes. The foam layer dulls the sudden loud peaks, but your dog can still hear your voice and follow what happens in the room.

Does the hood stay on when my dog shakes its head?

There is a drawstring under the chin that holds the hood in place. Tighten it until you can fit two fingers between the cord and the coat.

How do I get my dog used to it?

Bring the hood out several days before the noisy occasion. Let your dog wear it a minute at a time in a quiet room with treats, and take it off before your dog gets irritated.

How do I wash it?

Hand wash the hood and leave it to air dry. Take it off once the noise is over, as it is not made to be worn all day.
