No more slime on the rim like the plastic one used to get.

Four days per fill

Two and a half litres lasts my one cat about that long. Wipes clean easily, though the narrow channel under the spout needs a small brush.

The stream setting suits our cat better than the bubbling one. Took a few days of leaving her old bowl next to it before she committed.

Cannot hear it from the sofa.

Stainless steel was the deciding factor for me after a plastic one that always smelled. The fill line is easy to read. The filters will need reordering every month or so.

She drinks far more now

She barely touched the ceramic bowl we had before. The bubbling setting caught her attention on the very first evening and she wanders over to it several times a day now, which was the whole reason I bought a fountain in the first place.
