Product FAQ

How does the self-cleaning function work?

When the brush is full, press the button to open a hidden container and empty the collected fur, so you never have to touch the hair or make a mess.

Where can I use it?

It works on furniture, clothes, bedding and car seats, quickly removing fur from clothes, sofas, beds and car seats.

Do I need to buy refills or disposable strips?

No. It is fully reusable, so there are no disposable strips to replace, making it a sustainable everyday choice.

What is it made of and how big is it?

It is made from ABS plastic and polyester, measures 26 × 23 × 8 cm and weighs 250 g, with a long ergonomic handle for control in tight spaces.

How do I clean the brush itself?

If needed, rinse the brush with water and let it dry before the next use, and make sure the surface you are cleaning is dry first.

We're out a lot in all weathers and the coat was gleaming after just a couple of goes. The grip sits well in the hand even after a while. No more hair all over the sofa now.

There are two adults and three animals in our house, so it has to put up with a bit. The coat went glossy after just a couple of goes. You can rinse it under the tap. The dog stands still and seems to enjoy it. I'd buy it again without hesitation.

I've always been sceptical about this kind of product, and now we don't get hair all over the sofa. Feels robust in its build.

After the move we had to rethink everything completely, and the coat was gleaming after just a couple of goes. I appreciate that the grip sits well in the hand even after a while. It took a few days before it was accepted, but now it's a favourite.

I work from home and wanted something that works day to day. Incredible amounts of undercoat come out. Extra points for the grip sitting nicely in the hand even after a while. The cat who usually hates being brushed actually stays put. Does exactly what it should.

There are two adults and three animals in our house, so it needs to take a bit of a beating. The dog stands still and seems to enjoy it. You can rinse it under the tap. It pulls out incredible amounts of undercoat. Great value for what you get.
