Product FAQ

Where can I place the mat?

The self-adhesive backing lets it attach to walls, sofas, furniture legs, stair rails, cat trees, door frames and floors – any smooth, clean surface.

Will the adhesive damage my furniture or leave residue?

No. It attaches securely, leaves no marks and can be removed or repositioned when needed. It is not recommended for coarse, uneven or heavily textured fabrics, where adhesion may be reduced.

Can I cut it to size?

Yes. The mat is trimmable, so you can shape it to fit exactly where you want it and to any surface.

What is it made of?

It is made from high-quality, eco-friendly felt with a coarse, woven structure that cats are naturally drawn to, and it is hard-wearing and difficult to tear.

How do I clean it?

Wipe it with a damp cloth. Machine washing is not recommended.

Covers exactly where it's needed

I put a few pieces by the shoe rack and along the wall where the cat usually scratches.

I noticed a difference on the very first day, as my cat stopped scratching the door frame straight away.

No more scratching the door frame

I cut the mat to size, put it on the door and the cat seems happy. The door frame is still in one piece and looking good.

The corner of the armchair has survived ever since. I appreciate that the self-adhesive backing really holds well. Incredibly handy in everyday life.

The scratching has moved to where we wanted it. Discreet colour that blends in. Definitely worth the money.

I ordered two straight away, one for each. The corner of the armchair has survived ever since. I appreciate that it can be cut to the right size. I'll definitely shop here again.

After years of half-baked solutions I finally took the plunge, and the corner of the armchair has survived ever since. Good too that the material is dense and doesn't shed fibres. We put one on the door frame and one on the wall. Very happy.

The cat chose the mat over the corner of the sofa straight away. Nice that it left no marks when we moved it.

Ordered on the Friday and it was in the postbox by Tuesday. We put one on the door frame and one on the wall. Discreet colour that blends right in. It stays put without coming loose. Took a little longer to arrive, but that didn't matter. Definitely gets the thumbs up.

I've shopped here before and I'm never disappointed. It stays put without coming loose. It left no marks when we moved it. This is going to be our go-to from now on.

We'd tried two other versions before and we put one on the door frame and one on the wall. Discreet colour that blends in. The scratching has moved to where we wanted it.
