Does it need a subscription?

No. It works with your own nano-SIM card with mobile data, or you can add the store's affordable SIM with 1 year of data. The SIM is not included.

How big is it?

Just 4 x 4 x 1.5 cm and 30 g, one of the smallest on the market, so it sits discreetly on your pet's existing collar with the included rubber ring and clip.

What can I do in the app?

Using Tuya Smart you get real-time position, location history, an activity overview, safe zones, family sharing and support for several trackers on one map.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 7 days, with magnetic charging taking about 1 hour and a low-battery warning when the red light flashes.

Is it waterproof?

Yes. It has an IP67 rating, and an LED light plus a sound signal help you find your pet more quickly, even in the dark.

It's nice to be able to easily see where my dog is.

The tracker helps me find my cat straight away.

We live in a flat and needed something clever. It gives a peace of mind that's hard to put a price on. I really like that the unit is small enough to sit comfortably.

Really light and small. My dog doesn't even notice it.

I bought it on a friend's recommendation and the location updates quickly in the app. The charge lasts several days.

I bought this when the old one started to feel worn out, and the range hasn't let us down once. Extra points for the charge lasting several days. The colour was a shade lighter than in the photo, but that's perfectly fine. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

Nice to be able to actually see where the cat is. I really like that the tag sits firmly on the collar. The location updates quickly in the app. I'll be ordering another one.
