Once frozen for 1.5 to 2 hours, each bandage gives at least around 25 minutes of effective, deep-working cold per use.

Kept the cold temperature for a good while.

After years of half-baked solutions I took the plunge and we use them after every harder training session. They just need soaking, no freezer needed. I'll definitely be shopping here again.
