How does the sensor activation work?

An infrared sensor detects when your pet approaches and starts the water flow, so the fountain only runs when needed. This can give up to 60 days of running time on batteries.

Do I need to plug it in?

No. It runs fully on batteries, but you can also connect the included USB power cable when you want continuous operation.

How much water does it hold and how often should I change it?

It has a 2-litre capacity and the water stays fresh for up to about 8 days between changes.

Is it quiet enough for the living room?

Yes. The energy-efficient pump and Gentle Bubble design keep the noise below 15 dB, so it can sit anywhere in the home without disturbing anyone.

Is it easy to keep clean?

Yes. The tank and pump are removable, the stainless steel top is dishwasher-safe and rounded corners make hand washing simple. A carbon filter is recommended to be changed roughly every 21 days.

Quiet and effective

You can barely hear it and the water stays fresh for ages.

Sturdy and safe design

Feels hard-wearing and my dogs haven't managed to knock it over

The cat finally drinks more!

My cat has always been bad at drinking, but since we got this fountain he drinks a lot more. Brilliant!

My cats love it

They drink a lot more now – huge difference!

So easy to use!

Keeps the water fresh and only comes on when the cat's nearby. Perfect!

Brilliant water fountain for my cat!

I bought this water fountain a few weeks ago and I'm incredibly happy with it. My cat drinks so much more water now and loves playing with the running stream. The wireless design makes it really easy to move between rooms, and the battery lasts ages. Plus it's very quiet, so it doesn't bother anyone at all.

This water fountain has made a big difference for my cats. The sensor works brilliantly and the water flows when the cat comes near. The fountain can run on either mains or battery, which you can charge with the USB cable that came with it, but it was a shame the batteries weren't included.

Bought two about a year ago and now both are broken….

I was really happy with them!!
But both of the ones I bought have broken after a bit more than a year, and when we sent them in to Djurslottet we got told the warranty had run out.
Strange that both broke after almost the same amount of time.

So I'm very disappointed with how Djurslottet handled it. (I'd also bought filters etc. that you need to look after them properly.)

Versatile

Being able to adjust both the temperature and the air speed makes it easy to tailor the drying to my pet's needs.

Works well and quietly

The fountain is easy to set up and keeps the water fresh. I appreciate how quiet it is when it's running. My cat has become much more interested in drinking!

Quality and function in one

I'm really pleased with this fountain! It's sleek and does its job perfectly. My cat loves drinking from it, and I feel reassured knowing he gets fresh water every time.

A neat and fresh solution for my cat

The wireless water fountain has been a real hit here at home. My cat drinks more water now, and I like how easy it is to set up and keep clean. Perfect for a cat that likes to have fresh water all the time!

Takes a little getting used to

My cat was sceptical about the new fountain at first, but after a few days she started using it without any bother.

Good capacity

The fountain's size is perfect for my two cats. I don't have to top up the water nearly as often now.

Handy sensor feature

The sensor feature is brilliant! The water only flows when the cat is nearby, which saves battery.

Easy to clean

I appreciate how easy the fountain is to take apart and clean. The stainless steel feels hygienic and durable.

Practical and smart-looking water fountain

This cordless water fountain from Detixy has really made things easier for us. Our cat drinks more water now, and the design fits in nicely with our home. The automatic sensor is a clever feature that saves battery.

Neat and quiet water fountain

The wireless design makes it easy to put the fountain anywhere in the house. My cat is drinking more water now, and the quiet pump doesn't disturb anyone at all.

Worth every penny!

This is the best water fountain I've bought for my cat. Setting it up was dead easy, and I love that it's wireless. My cat really seems to enjoy the fresh water and is drinking more regularly now. On top of that, it's easy to clean, which is a big bonus for me as I like to keep everything hygienic.
