How do the heat settings work?

There are three settings you switch between with the button: red for high heat (40–45 °C, up to about 6 hours), white for medium heat (35–40 °C, up to about 8 hours) and blue for low heat (30–35 °C, up to about 10 hours). The heat comes from carbon fibre heating loops that warm the fingers and the back of the hand.

How are the gloves powered?

They run on two included rechargeable 6000 mAh batteries that charge via the supplied USB cable. The batteries sit in zip pockets and connect to the gloves' connector.

Can I use my phone while wearing them?

Yes. The fingertips are touchscreen-compatible, so you can use your phone without taking the gloves off.

Are they suitable for wet and windy weather?

Yes. The outer material is waterproof and windproof, protecting against snow, rain and wind, while the PU anti-slip palm keeps a secure grip on the lead even when it is wet.

How do I wash them?

Always remove the batteries first. Hand washing is recommended, but if machine washing use a wash bag on a gentle programme. Let them air dry fully, do not tumble dry, and avoid wringing or pressing them hard.
