What makes it expandable?

A fold-out rear section gives your pet more room to turn around and lie relaxed during breaks, then folds flat again for storage.

What pets and weights does it suit?

Cats, puppies and small to medium-sized dogs up to approximately 11 kg.

How easy is it to get my pet in and out?

Very easy, with four openings from the front, back and sides, which helps if your pet is cautious about going in from one direction.

How does it keep my pet safe?

A safety lead and lockable zips reduce the risk of escape, and mesh panels all around give ventilation and a clear view.

Is it comfortable to carry?

Yes. It weighs only 1.5 kg and has padded shoulder straps with a chest buckle plus a stable base.

So happy with this backpack. My cat is comfy inside.

This rucksack is perfect for taking the dog to the vet.

There are two adults and three animals in our house, so it has to put up with a fair bit. The dog fell asleep in it after a little while. One of the better buys this year.

My back holds up far longer than with a shoulder bag. I appreciate that the expansion gives noticeably more room.

Comfy bag for my cat.

I ordered it for the summer house and my back copes far better than with a shoulder bag. The extension gives noticeably more room. The ventilation means it never gets warm inside. A bit fiddly the first time, then it becomes second nature. Definitely gets the thumbs up.

We'd tried two other versions before, and we took this one on a full-day trip and it worked brilliantly. Extra points for the extension giving noticeably more space.
