1. How do I choose the right size?

Measure around your dog’s head over the crown and under the jaw, where the hood sits, and compare with the size table: S fits 25–38 cm, M 35–48 cm and L 45–60 cm. If your dog is between two sizes, choose the larger size.

2. Will my dog still hear me?

Yes. The padding softens sudden, loud sounds such as bangs and booms, while your dog can still hear your voice and what is happening nearby.

3. Does the hood stay on when my dog moves?

Yes. The hook-and-loop strap under the chin holds the hood in place, and the drawcord at the back lets you fine-tune the fit. Leave room for two fingers under the strap.

4. How do I get my dog used to it?

Start a few days before a noisy occasion. Put the hood on for a minute at a time in a quiet room, reward your dog with a treat and take it off again while your dog is still relaxed.

5. How do I wash it?

Hand wash the hood in water up to 30 °C with a mild detergent, then let it air dry flat.
