Product FAQ

Is it suitable for both dogs and cats?

Yes. The rounded stainless-steel blade glides gently against the skin, making it ideal for both dogs and cats of any coat length or thickness.

How does the vacuum function work?

In the second mode the vortex motor vacuums up the trimmed hair straight into the transparent collection chamber, so there are no loose hairs left on the floor or your clothes.

Is it quiet enough for a nervous pet?

Yes. It runs at a low noise level of around 50 dB, which keeps trimming calm and reassuring even for sensitive pets.

How is it charged and how long does it last?

It charges via USB in about 1.5 hours and runs for roughly 61 to 90 minutes on a full charge.

Which areas can I trim with it?

It is designed for small, sensitive areas such as the paws, nose and ears, with two modes for either simple clipping or clipping with suction.

The paws can be trimmed at home now without any drama. I appreciate that the blades feel sharp and get through thick fur. I'd have liked an extra part included in the pack. Fast delivery too, which is appreciated.

After years of half-baked solutions I took the plunge, and the dog barely reacts to the noise. The battery easily lasts the whole dog. We're saving quite a bit by skipping the grooming appointments. One of the better buys this year.

I use the trimmer on my cats' paws and it's so nice that the hair gets sucked up straight away — no need to hoover afterwards.
