1. Which dogs is it suitable for?

The 63 × 51 cm surface is best suited to puppies and small to medium dogs. Check that your dog can stand and turn comfortably on the grass area.

2. How does the drainage system work?

Liquid passes through the perforated grass mat, runs along the slanted grid and collects in the pull-out drawer underneath.

3. How often should it be cleaned?

Empty the drawer promptly after use and rinse the layers regularly. Cleaning frequency depends on use, but the grass and tray should not be left damp or soiled.

4. Can it be used on a balcony?

Yes, in a safe and sheltered location. Keep it level, protect it from strong wind and extreme heat, and never leave a dog unattended on an unsecured balcony.

5. Will every dog use it straight away?

No. Some dogs need gradual introduction, consistent timing and rewards. Never force the dog onto the surface or punish accidents.
