1. Is the tunnel suitable for large cats?

It is recommended for cats weighing up to 10 kg. The overall unit supports up to 30 kg, but always use the entrance and cave measurements to confirm a comfortable fit for your cat.

2. Does it need to be assembled?

No. The cat tunnel arrives ready to use, so you can place it on a flat indoor floor and let your cat explore it straight away.

3. Can the layout be changed?

Yes. The smaller cave section can be removed, letting you use the complete 98 cm layout or a shorter arrangement when space is limited.

4. What is the scratching surface made from?

The top scratching panel uses natural sisal, giving cats a textured surface for everyday claw care and scratching behaviour.

5. How should I clean it?

Vacuum loose fur gently and spot-clean the plush and outer surfaces with a damp cloth. Allow every cleaned area to dry fully before use.
