1. Can this automatic feeder serve two pets?

Yes. The split outlet directs each serving into two removable stainless-steel bowls, allowing two cats or small-to-medium dogs to eat at the same time.

2. How many meals and portions can I programme?

You can schedule one to six meals per day and select one to sixteen portions per meal. Each portion weighs approximately 6 g, depending on the kibble.

3. What size dry food can I use?

Use dry food measuring 2 to 12 mm. Test your chosen kibble before relying on a full schedule to confirm that it dispenses evenly through the outlet.

4. Will the feeder work during a power cut?

The feeder uses mains power for normal operation and can use four AA batteries as backup. The batteries are not included.

5. How do I clean the feeder?

Remove and hand-wash the two stainless-steel bowls. Empty and wipe the four-litre hopper regularly, and never immerse the feeder body in water.
