Automatic feeding is the area we have added to most. How often do you add new products?

Regularly, but we do not publish a fixed schedule and we would rather not invent one. New stock is added as it clears our checks, which means this page is worth revisiting rather than reading once. It is sorted newest first, so anything above the products you recognise from last time is genuinely new. The settled catalogue is always in all products.
Can I see only the new products for my cat?

This page mixes both species, so the simplest route is to open everything for cats and sort by newest, or go straight to the category you need, such as litter boxes and accessories or cat trees and scratching posts. Dog owners can do the same from everything for dogs.
A product I saw here has disappeared. Why?

Almost always it has just been pushed down the list by newer stock rather than removed. Try the search box in the header first, then the category it belongs to, or browse all products. If it is genuinely gone from the site, our team can tell you whether it is expected back.
Do new products have the same return right?

Yes. Nothing about being newly listed changes your rights: you can request a return within 30 days under our return policy, exactly as with anything else in the shop. Orders ship with tracked delivery across the EU under the same shipping policy.
Should I wait for a new product to go on sale?
